Energy, Teamwork, fun.
In October 14 and 15, we had sports festival. I focused on girl’s volleyball. There was a tournament by grade. There were 13 classes in the third grade and 10 classes in the second grade and 10 classes in first grade.

The champion of the third grade was F class. We fought them in semifinals. Their teamwork was amazing and attacking was very strong. There were many scenes where the rally lasted for a long time, and it became a heated match. I think we had the best game. The 3rd grade was the last sports festival, but every class enjoyed it with good teamwork. Congratulations 3F!
Next is about second grade. The big support that could be heard even if I was far away was very impressive. There was no interruption of cheering from outside the court. The whole team spoke to each other, and the cooperative play was shining.
Overall, the atmosphere of the entire tournament was filled with excitement, energy, and a strong sense of unity. Even when teams faced difficult moments or fell behind in points, no one gave up easily. Every player showed determination, and the audience responded with loud cheers that encouraged the teams to keep pushing forward. The gym was full of emotion, and each match had its own special moment that made the festival memorable.

The first grade matches were also impressive, especially considering it was their first time participating in a sports festival at the school. Many players were nervous at the beginning, but as the games went on, they gradually gained confidence. Their quick improvement and positive attitude inspired both upperclassmen and teachers. Even when they made mistakes, their classmates cheered them on, helping them play with enthusiasm until the end.
Through this volleyball tournament, I realized how important communication and teamwork are in sports. One strong player alone cannot win a match. It takes trust, encouragement, and cooperation from everyone on the court. Watching all the grades play, I felt that volleyball is not just a game, but a way to connect with classmates and create memories that last long after the festival is over.
This year’s sports festival became an event where students could show not only their athletic abilities but also their bonds and school spirit. I believe that everyone learned something valuable through both victory and defeat. I am already looking forward to seeing how much each team will grow by next year.
