How the student council created this school festival?

The student council consists of 22 students and 2 teachers, divided into two terms: the first semester and the second semester.
They mainly think about how to make students more comfortable, happy, and chill during school life, discuss and create events such as school festivals, sports festivals, or open school for junior high school students.
【Extra info! 】I was one of the school council’s members in the first semester this year.
For the school festival, the council was divided into four teams:
Promotion, Food Truck, Stage Performance, and Class Project.
The Promotion Team advertised the festival on Instagram, created brochures, and set up a special photo booth run by the student council. They also introduced a QR code that allowed everyone to access festival information easily. This new system made it possible to vote for rankings online quickly and efficiently.
The Food Truck Team worked hard to make food more affordable by keeping prices under 500 yen. They greeted the food truck owners, guided them early in the morning, and stayed until 8 p.m. to thank them. They even conducted surveys to find out what students wanted to eat.

The Stage Performance Team organized a karaoke competition for teachers, designed the two-day stage schedule, and created shift timetables for council members. They carefully checked every performer’s details, including the number of microphones, participants, and song choices.
The Class Project Team ensured each class prepared unique activities without overlaps, prioritized safety, and managed limited supplies. They also prohibited food and drink use inside classrooms and inspected lighting conditions.

The day before the festival, all members worked together to set up tents, chairs, and tables in the courtyard.
On the day of the event, they managed stage timing with in-ear monitors, ran the student council booth, directed food trucks, and performed an opening dance to “Ikuze! Kaitio Shojo” by Momoiro Clover Z. They also guided junior high students during the evening festival and cleaned the entire school afterward.
They even came to school the next Saturday to put away tents—true dedication!

【Here is a little secret,,,】
Actually, the school council had planned to invite famous artists this year, but unfortunately,it didn’t work out. However, you never know!! Maybe next time!!
To all the student council members who worked until exhaustion, if you’re reading this, PLEASE give them your loudest applause. Without them, this amazing festival would never have happened.
